PLAYER NOTES

--G Marshal Yanda is likely out for the season with a knee injury. He was injured in the final two minutes of the 31-3 loss at Indianapolis. OT Adam Terry could take Yanda's spot at right guard if he recovers from a knee sprain.

--OT Adam Terry could shift to right guard to replace injured Marshal Yanda, who might be out for the season with a sprained knee. Terry had started the first four games at right tackle before injuring his knee.

--WR Demetrius Williams injured his knee in the 31-3 loss at Indianapolis and had an MRI on Monday. His injury is not considered serious, coach John Harbaugh said, but it comes at a time when the Ravens thought he was just getting healthy again.

--OT Willie Anderson could remain the right tackle because of injuries to the offensive line. Starting RT Adam Terry could shift to right guard to replace injured Marshal Yanda, who could be out for the season with a knee sprain.

--PR/KR Yamon Figurs left Sunday's game with a bruised left knee. He had an MRI on Monday, but coach John Harbaugh said the injury was not considered serious.

REPORT CARD VS. COLTS

PASSING OFFENSE: D -- Rookie QB Joe Flacco had his worst game of the season, throwing a season-worst three interceptions. He has become more inaccurate recently, overthrowing running backs in the flat and throwing behind receivers. Flacco isn't getting as much time as he did in the first two games. He was sacked a season-high five times Sunday.

RUSHING OFFENSE: D -- It was strange that the Ravens ran to the outside instead of attacking in between the tackles. That played into the strength of the speedy Colts. The Ravens only ran the ball three times on the first three drives and then had to abandon the running game early because they got behind. Rookie Ray Rice led the Ravens with 23 yards on six carries.

PASS DEFENSE: F -- The Colts took turns lighting up the Ravens cornerbacks, and they didn't seem to get much help over the top. Chris McAlister was beaten twice for touchdowns, and Corey Ivy was beaten once. It didn't help that the Ravens were missing two of their top three cornerbacks (Samari Rolle and Fabian Washington) and their starting strong safety (Dawan Landry). The Ravens have to improve their tackling, as it has been poor the past three weeks.

RUSH DEFENSE: D -- It was a poor tackling day, and backup Dominic Rhodes burned them for 73 yards. ILBs Ray Lewis and Bart Scott both disappeared. The only decent effort came from DT Haloti Ngata.

SPECIAL TEAMS: C -- P Sam Koch was a lone bright spot, averaging 49 yards on five punts. Return specialist Yamon Figurs made some bad decisions, continually running the ball out of the end zone. It cost the Ravens in the field-position battle. Matt Stover converted on a 37-yard field goal.

COACHING: F -- For the first time under coach John Harbaugh, the Ravens didn't come ready to play. In all three phases, they were beaten up by a finesse team like the Colts. That's embarrassing.
