The Ravens seemed optimistic that two injured starters -- offensive tackle Adam Terry and cornerback Fabian Washington -- will play Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

Terry sprained his right knee late in the second quarter and was replaced by Willie Anderson, a four-time Pro Bowl player.

"We think he'll be able to play next week," coach John Harbaugh said. "We're waiting for an MRI to come back and see what we got. But there's a chance that he'll be able to play."

Anderson said Terry did not look bad in the locker room after the game.

"He was upbeat, and I expect him to get back in there," Anderson said. "As soon as he gets healthy, he'll be back in the starting lineup."

Washington sprained his right shoulder late in the third quarter and was replaced by Frank Walker.

Harbaugh said he was "somewhat optimistic" about Washington's ability to play against the Colts and quarterback Peyton Manning. Washington is starting for the Ravens because Samari Rolle is out at least a month after having neck surgery.

"(Washington) felt pretty good this morning," Harbaugh said Monday. "That's not always an indication. We'll just have to see where he is after today."

The Ravens are banged up in the secondary, which could hurt them against the Colts.

Besides Rolle and Washington, the Ravens will be without strong safety Dawan Landry (neck) and could be missing backup cornerback Derrick Martin (shoulder).

"It's always a challenge," Harbaugh said of going against Manning. "Our secondary will be at full strength for the guys that are healthy. The guys that will go out there will be counted on to get the job done. I think they'll play really well."

The only other injury concern is wide receiver Derrick Mason, who injured his left thumb on the Ravens' final drive of the game. Mason leads the Ravens with 21 catches for 261 yards. No other Ravens receiver has more than nine catches.

"Derrick Mason should be fine," Harbaugh said. "He's going through some bumps and bruises. He's going to spend a little time in treatment this week."

Outside of health issues, the Ravens need to figure out a way to correct Matt Stover.

The third-most-accurate field-goal kicker in NFL history is 4-for-7 this season. He missed a 45-yarder in Sunday's three-point loss to the Titans.

"It's not so much as age as it is knocking it through the uprights," Harbaugh said of his 40-year-old kicker. "Sometimes, Matt is thinking about the direction of the kick instead of punching it right between the sticks. We have confidence in Matt. I know he can kick. Matt knows he can kick. I don't doubt for one second that he's going to make a ton of field goals for us."
